The first and most important rule is to say a goodbye to alcohol habits if you are currently using. The second most important rule is to avoid from the saturated fat, the tail fat and the greens made from the fat.
When we mention the effect of fat consumption on breast cancer we talk about butter, margarine, meat, fish, snack foods’ fats. It should also be remembered that the fat content is rich in biscuits, cakes, chocolates and other similar products. Scientists have proven that; breast cancer incidence increases in women who consume more fat after menopause than those who consume less.
